Love using this to stretch my legs. Very sturdy.

I should definitely read the reviews when purchasing from Amazon. Lol. This was cut piece of foam. Not clean cut on one end. If you are worried about durability or want to be used for a professional therapy environment this is not what you should buy. This will not last you long as one end of the foam is cut off and not finished.

I bought this to use in physical therapy but when it arrived I was very disappointed to see how small it was. I never used it, to be honest. It was a waste of money.

I just wish it has a non-slip bottom because it slides so easy on the hard floor, less on the rug. It would be nice if the flat side also have a rubber surface so my feet(with or without socks) doesn’t slide off. I have to wear my tennis shoes so my feet doesn’t slide off the surface. It is very very light so it might not be sturdy for heavy people. I weight 120 pounds & it did gave a tiny bit of a give when I stood on it with two feet. I feel more safer to use it with one leg at a time standing and it does give a good stretch on my calves. If I need to stretch both feet, I feel safer using it sitting down.

Seems to work

It stretches your calves! Started with toes and worked my way up to half my foot. I know it sounds like very little but no more Charlie horse. Surprisingly it helped my lower back.

After about a year, it's beginning to break down, cracking on the top and shedding little black pellets. Until then it was fine. Going to try an EVA roller.

Product as described. Convenient size for home use. Gives fast relief for neck pain. Delivery was fast. Well packaged.

Me llego en buen estado es mas pequeño ya que es de 30 cm pero cumple la misma funcion, pedire otros espero no me manden algo cortado como vi en otros comentarios ya que perderian un cliente frecuente hasta ahora satifecho con la compra ...Voy ya para la 4ta compra de rodillos de 30 cm ya que los reparto amis pacientes y seguire comprando mas siempre y cuando no me dejen mal o me manden otra cosa o roto o cortado , por lo tanto 5 estrellas

En lo personal me parece bastante útil, su tamaño me ha permitido usarlo en varias partes del cuerpo, es bastante rígido y el material es muy resistente.Excelente atención a clientes!
