This mp3 player came to me in good shape. But it did not last long.1.The sound from the headphones started to get really scratchy early on.2. The volume button did not work3. The battery life was abyssmal. (6hrs max after full charge)Overall it was not worth my money and will not buy this product again. That said, I do know that defective products do happen with assembly line work and so am avoiding rating this a one star. The interface itself was relatively simple so there is that too.

I have tried 4 different mp3 players similar to this one and without doubt, this is the best of them all. I use it while walking on my treadmill and I enjoy the quality of the music it produces. I like it.

This mp3 player was unfortunately nearly completely unusable for me. I have noticed two major problems: 1) Whenever I upload mp3 files, for some reason it marks every other file as being corrupted. Doesn't matter what the files are themselves, it just seems to happen automatically when you add a bunch of songs. Ultimately I may, through trial and error, figure out a way around this, but it's a huge hassle, and the reason I rate this 1 star.2) When I try to upload a longer mp3, a podcast that is a few hours long, it gets cut down to under ten minutes. So if I never do find a workaround for the above issue, I won't even be able to use this to listen to podcasts.Other minor flaw is that I received a player with a scratched screen. I don't really care about that but it fits with the overall lack of quality and care.

Trashy audio quality and freezes a lot.

Music played too slowly, yes could hear the difference, sounded off. Navigating through songs did not work. Couldn't figure out volume either, or it didn't work, not sure, there was no point in messing with it since it was unusable. Got this for a trip, didn't work, very disappointed. Do not buy!

What I don’t like is memory doesn’t work. But not that big of an issue for me. Volume pain in the neck to change. All I do is listen to a radio while walking in the park. So it serves me.

I worked forever with this thing and it says the music has been downloaded but can't get it to play so frustrating havent totally given up but vacation is over and thats what I wanted it for.

The SIM card does not fit well, pushing it in I found that it shifts slightly, crooked. This damages the pins. At this time the player is in the trash.
