1972 What A Year It Was: 50th Perfect Birthday or Wedding Anniversary Hardcover Coffee Table Book

I was looking for one of those small year in review almanacs that are normally at diners when I came across this. I almost didn’t buy it because of the price but it’s for a 50th birthday so I pulled the triggered and I am very happy I did, this 1970 Yearbook is awesome. I wasn’t even around in 1970 but it’s a lot of fun going through this book. CON: The picture on the front has a slightly sticky feel when you touch it.

Our friends were married in 1970. It brought back memories and is a conversation piece every time we spend time with them. Perfect gift.

This is the 4th time I have purchased one of these books. Bought the first one when I turned 50 (15 years ago!!!) for myself, then one for each of my 3 sisters when they turned 50.These books are fun and informative.

I bought this for a friend’s early surprise 50th birthday. Best gift for a history teacher, he can’t wait to show his own children what life was about when he was born.
