Bulk Lot of 96 Clear Double Wall Insulated Acrylic Tumblers w/Straw and Lid

I was looking for a practical party favor for a bridal shower and this worked well and the price was fair too. I filled them with Hershey's kisses of all colors, put a pretty ribbon and die cut tag on them so that they looked like gifts and they were perfect. They came well packaged and each glass was double wrapped including a sleeve of bubble wrap on each glass. The straws were included and each straw is wrapped in plastic. I dropped a glass and cracked the lid on my hardwood floor. I tried to buy a replacement lid from the company but they responded that they don't sell lids separately. I would have given them a 5 star rating if I could have bought a replacement lid. I filled a glass with water to test it for leaks. There were no leaks. If I have a different experience when I use the glass in real life, I will update this review.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO I HAVE 2 CUPS THAT WERE BROKEN. CAN ANYTHING BE DONE ABOUT THAT IN REPLACING THOSES CUPS
