I have a Hero5 that has lived for quite a while in the "Sumo Suit" dive housing and I misplaced the original lens cover. Since Hero5 is considered "old", parts are not readily available any more.This fit perfectly and protects the lens area when it's out of the Sumo Housing. I noticed no optical issues nor leakage in rain, dust, and some splashing.Recommended.

I searched for a replacement lens replacement from gopro directly but they were out of stock. I prefer the original stuff normally because other patented parts are not always the best fit. I had concerns about it's water tightness for this action camera. It was tight to fit and proved to be good enough. Very happy that it was a good fit.

Ma vitre de protection de ma gopro 6 était fendue mais toujours étanche.La qualité de l’image était affectée.J’ai cherché une vitre à bas prix et la qualité n’était pas au rendez-vous.Lors de la mise en place, je sentais qu’il n’y avait pas cette résistance qui montre que l’étanchéité sera là.J’ai testé celle-ci et elle remplace parfaitement la vitre et le joint livré avec la caméra.Je l’ai testé sous 3m d’eau et rien ne bouge.
