Great for endurance
I use for long distance running and obstacle races. Taste is good and definitely provides you a welcome energy boost 15-20mins after taking. Recommend having it with water, right before a water station on your race.

Power Gels are Great
I used PowerBar Power Gels for years. I have other gel, but I like these the best ... they taste good and are easy to swallow, with or without water. I always use them for any run over 4 miles.

These gels are simply perfect. The vanilla flavor is delicious, and I really appreciate the saltiness. The more liquid consistency makes them perfect for hot days. I no longer dread having to consume a gels. Please please please don't stop making these!
