I know how importance it is to supplement with Vitamin D3, but have never used the liquid form before. I am so glad I came across this liquid version! Now I can make sure my twin toddlers take this supplement as well, as it was impossible to give them the pill form. It is so easy to take - you just leave it under the tongue for 30 seconds, then swallow. For my girls, I will sometimes just add it to their juice, and they don't even notice it. Definitely recommend this over the pill form, as it is also absorbed by the body more quickly!

Unpleasant taste.
It tastes like olive oil so I don't take it. It says to put under your tongue so I guess I can't mix with my other liquid vitamins.

Can’t take it
I can’t take this and I am used to taking D3 in this manner. Whatever oil it’s in is heavy and it makes me gag. I keep trying but at this point I’ve given up and wasted my money.
