Works well. Love it for matcha and a variety of mixed drinks.Their customer service is excellent. Our whisk head broke and they sent a replacement immediately. Very responsive.Only minor annoyance is that it uses micro-USB for charging. Battery lasts a good while, so not a huge deal.

This electric matcha whisk is amazing! The stainless steel whisk detaches easily, which makes cleaning super simple — no need to worry about getting the rest of the device wet. The fact that it’s rechargeable via Bluetooth connection makes it even more convenient. I only charge it occasionally, and the battery lasts plenty between uses. If you're a matcha lover, this is a total game-changer!

This does NOT mix matcha powder into milk or water. I used high quality matcha powder and milk and most of the matcha powder ended up stuck to the inside of the whisk heads in a clump. It made an extremely foamy beverage with only the tiniest hint of matcha incorporated into it. Maybe it would work with Matcha Bar's blend if it is milled differently, but this mixer does not work with ceremonial grade matcha.

This will be the only frother I will buy for the rest of my life! It has amazing power, 2 speed settings, a double whisk, and a case to protect the whisk!!! Thos are so many features that by far shouldve made this frother so much more expensive. I use this everyday for 2 things; to make cold foam for my coffee and I love making shaken espressos at home but the noise of shaking the coffee and ice wake up my small children which is absolutely unforgivable so I use this frother instead and its amazing. If all the things previously mentioned werent enough let this next part convince you; my frother wasnt working properly a few morning ago, it was a little less powerful than usual and so I send a message to the seller and they sent me a new one no questions asked!!!! OMG i had never had such a pleasant experience like that, i was shocked they have raised the bar for me for what I should expect customer service to be. I received my new one superfast only took 2 days I was amazed !!! The only frother I will ever continue to buy !!!!!

I bought this in May 2023 and it's July 2024. I went on a trip for 6 days and when I came back, it wouldn't turn on. It could possibly be because I've used it every day and suddenly stopped. Either way, I'm disappointed in the longevity of this product. For the price I expected more, but nothing is made to last any more. That being said, I love the design and rechargeable aspect. The cap is awesome for storage and clean up is super easy. This little machine packs a punch as long as you have enough liquid. I've never had issues with lumps or performance in general. I will purchase this product again to see if it was just a fluke.

I've had this item for four years and it honestly works wonderfully. I really loved this frother. I am finally giving mine up because I think it's growing mould (?), but that is moreso from not cleaning it properly probably so be careful. It is so hard to clean which is annoying.

it's better than the cheapest milk frothers, but the fact that it has two speeds makes it difficult to control, since you can't choose one, you always have to cycle slow-fast-off. I find the "slow" setting to be plenty for my purposes, but since I have to turn it up to "fast" to turn it off, I always end up splashing things around or having big awkward bubbles added at the last second instead of smooth foam.

Did its job ok, except for two things:1. It died entirely after about six months2. It has two speeds, fast and AGGRESSIVELY FAST. These speeds are accessed using the same switch, so its press once for on, press 2x for WARP SPEED, press again for off. A lot of milk was frothed right onto the counter this way.
