I bought this product to replace my dogs very old Flexi lead (10yrs old) and was happily surprised to see that the quality is still as excellent now as it was then. It's solid in make and has a good ergonomic handle and is just the right weight.It was also an excellent price and delivered within 3 days....perfect!

What more can I say than "It's a FLEXI", work great, nice and strong and retracts every time, only thing I will mention is that the locking button is a bit small and with gloves on this could be a bit awkward.

Good lead, looks good and lock mechanism works well. The only negative is the clasp on ours got stuck in the down position and was broken when our dog pulled on it at an angle with the wide D ring on his collar (he's 20kg for reference). I have had to replace the clasp myself as I needed it in the moment but now the lead strength is compromised. I would have got it replaced through amazon otherwise.Overall good lead, works well but clasp isn't super strong.

I needed a stronger extendable lead as my girl has grown and I was worried that her previous lead would fail because she is so strong and has grown so much. This lead has been perfect for her, I feel much more comfortable and safe with her on this lead. She is 21kg and a puller, but it feels safe and strong. I have even felt it has been safe enough to put a coupling attachment on it to pair her and my little frenchie who is 9kg with no problems at all. Good locking mechanism, sturdy and comfortable to hold.

I purchased 2 of these taped extendable leads for my lovely dogs when their previous flexi leads broke after 6 years. New design is slick & easier to use. These are fantastic leads, I’ve tried many brands including one that didn’t survive 1 walk. With a spaniel & springador who are both very lively, there are no other extendable leads which meet their needs.

So up until now I’ve had two other retractable leads both of which were awful to use, difficult to lock and one lock broke altogether which made it dangerous. So I decided to avoid another cheap made in China lead and went for Flexi. Really happy with it - made in Germany, excellent quality very easy to lock, very light. Super lead!
