Isotonic Comfort Zone Pillow Traditional Shape

This pillow is taller and firmer than I expected and I didn't like that at first. However, after sleeping on it for a few nights, I've noticed that I'm not waking up nearly as often and my back pain has improved. Used to be that I'd constantly wake up and change positions because I was in so much pain. For some people, this pillow will take some getting used to. Although it helped with back pain, I did initially find it uncomfortable sleeping on such a firm pillow. While it is good for my back, it just didn't feel good under my head and neck. Also, depending on the type of mattress you sleep on, this pillow may not be right for you. I have a Very firm inner-spring mattress (I hate it) and this pillow is perfect for that type of mattress. When I finally get around to purchasing a soft, memory foam mattress, I'm afraid this pillow may be too tall and I'll have to trade it in for something softer.I haven't thought much about the temperature of this pillow, but I suppose it does stay pretty cool. I occasionally woke up to flip my other pillows, but I haven't done that with this one.

I like the pillow, however, it it too big for my neck. I wish they made different sizes to choose from.

This really is a great supportive base pillow. I like to add fluffy ones on top of this one. Even though it's heavy, I wish it was bigger/standard size to fit my pillow cases better.

This was the heaviest and most uncomfortable pillow I have ever used. It didn't make the night.

I'm slowly adjusting to my pillow, but my husband hated using it after the first night, so his is now in a back bedroom unused. It's very heavy, and supposedly is great for your back and neck. I don't know about that. I use it, but I feel like I've wasted a lot of money. The next pillow I buy will be from a department store. It's just not what I had expected. I should have researched it before ordering it from Amazon -- no one's fault but my own.

Excellent purchase. The pillow was exactly as described and when it was received it was packaged nicely. The pillow is extremely soft and was great to sleep on for the first night. I bought the pillow as a gift for someone who never slept on a pillow through the night because she had an uncomfortable pillow. This pillow has fixed that problem and she now sleeps through the whole night on a pillow and also gets a better night sleep. This pillow is a must purchase and I would definitely buy this item again. The seller was also great in getting the item shipped promptly. I am very satisfied.

I found this pillow to be too firm; when I sleep on it causes pain at the back of my head and my neck. I like a firm pillow, but this one is very firm. Also, for some reason a pillow slip will not remain straight on it. My husband has been sleeping with this pillow and it seems to work for him. I have not heard him snoring!

I have been having neck pain recently and very much so when I wake up in the a.m. With the isotonic pillow I have very little neck pain in the morning. It took a little getting used to the firmness of the pillow, but I do sleep better than I did before I got it. I would definitely recommend this pillow for people who have neck pain.
