I use this bolster for Hip-Up time to relax my pelvis after a long day and it's honestly been so beneficial. You can use this bolster for assistance in many yoga poses and It's SO beneficial for Yin Yoga, which I am a huge fan of.Before this bolster, I used to use yoga blocks but they seem to be too hard on my pelvis so I decided to use this bolster.The covers they send you are so beautiful and soft and I often interchange them! It's so easy to remove for cleaning and I haven't had any issues with this product at all.I think it's an amazing product with an amazing price point (for 2 covers, a bolster, and a holder!), and plan on buying more from this company!

This is a great sturdy bolster and is soft to touch, like microfiber. I love the extra case and the carry case. It serves multiple purposes for me. I lean up against it in my office chair as it helps me keep my back straight. I use it in bed when sitting up, watching TV for the same back straightening purpose. It's also perfect prop for my yoga practice. I really love it and highly recommend.

This is perfect for yoga or meditation. The pillow is comfortable but sturdy and stays in place. It works way better then the yoga blocks I was using. Amazing price and comes with an extra pink cover. The cover is easy to clean and keep looking amazing

Great size, firm but not hard, soft cover with zipper pull placed out of way. Love has carry cover and 2nd cover so no use while washing. Completed my yoga props. Recommend 100%, good value for money too.

It wasn’t exactly what I expected. It was firm but do feel the hard center. And it is smaller than I expected.The quality is good and will use rather than spend twice as much on ideal one.

I am so glad I went with this bolster. I definitely debated between this one and a little more pricey one. I do not regret it!! It’s pretty stiff which I wasn’t sure about at first but it’s perfect for floor stretches , stretching the back. I also love to sit on it for meditation. The cases are super comfortable and so far durable. I use it a lot (and my cats do too) and I’ve washed the covers (zipper closed) and air dried (zipper open) and they’ve held up well!! Also for the price you can’t go wrong!

I love it. Perfect for restorative or on the bed when I need to be propped up. Soft, I like the spare cover that comes with it as well. I hope it has longevity but so far I can’t complain

First off, it came earlier than expected so that was a nice surprise to come home to.Secondly, it is a bit more slender than I thought. However, I am NOT disappointed with this purchase!The pillow has the perfect amount of firmness- which is great for helping with stretching!The color(s) are absolutely beautiful and I didn’t realize you got the secondarily purple case as a back up! It also comes with a cute carrying case for storage or travel so that’s a cute bonus.
