Definitely a cheap filter. You can tell from the construction. But all things considered, it looks and works totally fine. Could be better but since it is so cheap, 4 stars.

Not a whole lot can be said about this... It's an air filter. It fit my 3" intake system with no issue. Seems to be of good build quality and should last a while.
