When i got the product i found charger is missing plus manual instruction is missing and i tried to operate the machine it is not working . I tried to raise the issue to customer care .They noted my issue but i can't see any action they have taken as no update they have provided regarding the replacement of product.Kindly look into the issue and resolve it asap .

The product dint work only. I threw the product already. Hair got stuck and had to hard pull my hair. Worst ever product. Wasted my money on this.
