While the instructions seem clear enough, the two main sets of bolts don’t appear to match the instructions. The entire unit (panels and struts) have the sharpest edges ever seen on a product and even with 2 sets of supplied gloves you still end up cutting yourself.Unfortunately a lot of the holes don’t line up accurately which means you need to put a lot of force into the build and therefore some bolts don’t accurately fit.Overall build time with 1 person took more than 4 hours. Especially when you find that to fit the 3 side panels requires you to remove all the bolts you put in place at the start. The internal bracket for the bottle hangs loose because the bolts again don’t accurately line upWhile the completed product looks good and is functional, you need a lot of patience to build it and extreme care on every sharp edge.Overall nice, but a little costly for the effort required

Relatively easy to assemble, but what a brilliant looking heater! An identical heater is being sold for £400 locally so this was a bargain! Well packaged, next day delivery and comes complete with regulator and cover

so it's a lovely unit. - well made and good value. the outer grills are sprayed silver - lots of elements will likely rust/ main panels S.Steel. This is also HUGE - I need to double check I can get it in the garage.It looks fantastic - creates a lovely vibe - but really low heat output. this is only really suitable for mild august/ early sept evenings.The seller was great, and very helpful/ great comms.

Fantastically functional heater with the big wow factor. Very good quality, easy to build with 2 people, reasonably priced from this vendor.All in all a great buy and a great product👍🏼

Heating the patio area. Gave out enough warmth for my large family to enjoy being outdoors!

Not too difficult to assemble, however the spanner didn’t fit and there were a number of screws short. Although gloves were provided some parts were so sharp they cut through the gloves. Be warned!

Instructions simple to follow, took about 1 hour to build, cling plastic covering of metal a pain to take off, looks good when lit.Issue with screw pack split and no availability to contact seller apart from returning item, which is not easy when the box is 5 foot by 2 foot and you need to source your own courier decided to just go to B&Q and purchase a screw pack for £5.

Easier to put together than other reviewers suggest. Took me and my son maybe an hour only.The plastic took a long time to peel off though. And definitely use the gloves provided (sharp edges...)It is a nice heater, keeps us warm in the garden for sure
