I ordered this filter instead of one of the cheaper ones you can get thinking you get what you pay for... I received it pretty fast but sitting on my step for everyone to see, the box looked like it was on the bottom self of a dirty warehouse for years....and when I opened it, I had carbon in the bag and there was also a 3"/3"/3" triangle at the bottom of the can where you could see through to the inside....I tried moving the carbon into the space with little luck maybe got it to 2" space...Just going to put some duct tape over that spot and hope it does as advertised, so that being said, if it works, hoping it was just a fluke and I get a presentable one next time...if not, better luck with the next company....

This is an awesome filter.fast shipping. Very efficient! It DOES come with a pre-filter and slick looking embroidered elastic straps. Don't worry (like I did) the pre-filter IS inside the filter itself, in a bag in a bag:) thank you 'yourhydrostore' for existinggm!!
