These peppers have a great flavor and a nice heat.

The media could not be loaded. Rani sells authentic, quality products. This arrived properly sealed and with plenty of shelf life.

These chilli's have good flavor but no heat. I thought they were Thai chilli's but they are something else.

We use these to add a nice umami layer to our cooking (sure, we’ll add it when we’re cooking Indian food, but we’ve been going through a gnocchi and sauce phase - and 2 of these peppers tossed whole into the pan while you’re sauteeing the gnocchi … chef’s kiss!), and a gentle heat to whatever they’re in. If we want more heat, we just break open the pod and let some of the seeds out into whatever we’re making. These have a really nice, complex texture and I’m delighted with their quality.
