Not being recognized.
I'll change my review if the company makes good. The cartridges aren't being recognized by the printer. I inspected them and it appears the chips are broken / missing. Very disappointing!!! I've purchased cartridges from another company on Amazon o few times with no issues, unfortunately they weren't available at this time.

I love my laser printer.
Toner is cheap and lasts many many many prints.This set is great, if only I'll remember where I keep them when other colors start running low. I only needed the yellow for now, but I know soon the others will need to be replaced.

Works fine after lots of troubleshooting
Bought few months ago in prep for my black toner to run out and figured I’d just replace em all. Took a lot of troubleshooting and fidgeting with the black cartridge for 20 minutes to get the printer to recognize, but it works now.

No ID problem with my 6500
No ID problem with my 6500 like in some other reviews.

The black doesn't fit and the cyan came EMPTY but with enough toner to leak inside the box.
I bought this exact same brand two years ago and it was fine. I bought another set of toners earlier in the year so I them on hand in case I ran out. Well, the black was the first to be changed and it barely fit. The clip that holds it in is very loose and you have to fiddle with it to get it to engage and hold the cartridge in.After that, the cyan went. Well I was surely surprised when I opened the box and blue toner was all over the inside of the cartridge, it was not sealed in a poly bag like the others, and the seal was not on the spout. I wiped it off and installed it anyway because I needed to change it and it was reported as empty. But not enough toner leaked out to suggest it was ever full. So I bought a different brand and it has been great.Also the company EF Products hasn't responded to my inquiry that I put in two weeks ago about a resolution to my problem.In summary, stay away, buy another brand unless you want terrible quality control.
