If you want LONG RUN TIME at HIGH LUMENS - GET THIS LIGHT!
The media could not be loaded. I am ashamed to say that I have become a complete flashlight geek! I have about 30 of them now and am beginning to really be able to differentiate between the special and not so special. I have definitely been a big fan (and purchaser) of Sofirn lights because you get SOOO much quality for a very reasonable price. But in all honesty.....THIS SP35 stands above the crowd! My lumen reading setup reads considerably higher than the 2000 stated max lumens. With a Sofirn 21700 - 5000mAh battery that came in it, it kicks out 3000 for about 2:40 seconds! That is quite a while to stay on Turbo. Then.....the good part! It stays on HIGH at about 1300 lumens for over 2 hours! This is due in part to the fact that it has a buck driver instead of a linear driver. This keeps the output steady. For hiking and bicycle riding - (which is how I use my FLs) This is KEY! I just want to hike or ride without worrying about step down and changing batteries. tI has the 6500K Luminus SST40 LEDs so it is as white light bright as it gets. Watch the video to see the beam shots that I took in the graveyard! IIt is rechargeable via USB-C charging and takes roughly 3 hours to charge up a 21700 battery. It also has a voltage readout that lets you know how you battery is holding up. Solid Green is 100% to 50%. Solid Red is 49% to 25% and blinking red light in the button that it is below 25%. The construction is first rate and it just feels solid in your hand. It is a great size to have along as an EDC light and it has a super strong steel double sided clip for attaching to anything. It is equipped with an attack bezel and STROBE light so could be used as a defense flashlight. The User Interface is super intuitive. 5 Levels plus Turbo (2 quick clicks) and Strobe (3 quick clicks) (2 more gets you to SOS and then 2 more goes to a steady turbo blink.)The only little thing that I noticed is that Sofirn claims 1089 feet (332 meters) of throw. My test didn't come close to that. I would say 500 max. If you were pointing at a reflective surface, like a STOP sign. for instance, it might be feasible but not an opaque object. In conclusion....If you want a basic, no-frills, affordable, durable BRIGHT and long running flashlight for whatever you do. This would be an awesome choice!I bought this flashlight and have not been compensated in any way by Sofirn.

Pleasantly Surprised
I’m a flashlight nerd who owns many very expensive lights. But for this purchase, I just wanted a cheap, decently bright light that I could leave in my car and not worry about it being stolen (crime in my state is out of control). Based on the price of this light my expectations were modest, but so far it’s far exceeded my expectations. Here’s a few observations:-It seems brighter than the listed 2,000lm-The beam is a great blend of spot and spill-Solid build, size feels great in the hand-Intuitive interface, love the double click to turbo-Excellent battery life-The only button is very easy to locate in the darkThis is my first Sofirn light, but it definitely won’t be my last.

Sofirn FTW!
I am a flashlight junkie.. my wife can tell you that (and she definitely will). I mostly love(d) Fenix and Olight torches, but lately the way they access the bright settings, and the run time in those brighter modes don't compare to their torches of yesterday. Example, 2 of my favorite lights from Fenix and Olight is the SR52 Intimidator, and the TK75 (mine is the 2015 edition)... I can run those on high settings for what feels like as long as I want without issue.... The lights offered today from them, you get a couple minutes before thermal step down...With Sofrin, I figured I would give it a try... Sure, they have the same "feature", but I figured if I have to deal with it anyway, Sofirns seems to last longer, as well as the price vs. Lumens , how could I go wrong?Fast forward to this light, my first ever Sofirn, and I love it!It has it's flaws, don't get me wrong, but overall it's an AMAZING flashlight for the price point, AND it comes with a 5000mAh 21700 battery! The brightness is on point as well. In comparing with against my Fenix TK16, the lumen ratings were very close in each comparable setting (I don't have a lumen tube....yet), and the Turbo mode is plenty bright for my needs, and lights up my entire back yard. It has some great features!A couple cons I can tell you right now is the battery (graciously provided with the light, so honestly not really a complaint worthy of complaining, but I want to be open and honest).. The top of battery when installed in the light gets dented / smashed. Something that could be remedied with a button top as opposed to this type... but again, hear me out, it's not like it's a failure or anything, as it provides ample power for the torch, as well as it's rated mAh is pretty spot on with what I can tell from my testing.Another issue I have is it seems to, from time to time, think the batter is low and flash the red light on the switch when you turn it on.. Unscrewing the tail cap and screwing it back fixes it, no issue. Aside of the red light, it doesn't seem to present any real issues.3rd, and then I will leave it alone, as these are really just nit picking, I would prefer a tactical switch in the tail, but that is just something simple, a feature more so than a con.I gave it 4 stars for this reason, as everything can't be 5 stars and perfect, but I will tell you right now, I would recommend this flashlight to literally anyone I talk to, even at 4 stars (as the 4 stars is again, me being nit picking). So don't hesitate if you are like me, and looking at it for days, trying to decide after looking at the multitude of online reviews. You won't regret buying it!

Excellente linterna

Quality rechargeable torch
Very pleased with this torch. Solid, quality feel, and impressive light output for its compact size. Several light settings from moonlight through to way-too-bright, but all relatively easy to navigate via the one, simple on/off button. Big plus for me is the long battery life and simple C-type recharging capability. Only neg for me is the lack of zoom function but it's not a deal-breaker. My only other advice is anyone thinking of using this as a headlamp, clipping it to your cap for example, it's probably a bit too heavy for it to be practical on a regular basis. Overall very pleased.Edit: I've just bought a 2nd. Recommended.

Packs all the power most people will ever need
I am absolutly amazed at the amount of light this flashlight puts out. It makes my 4D LED Maglite seem pretty tame by comparison. The small size (it fits in the palm of my hand) makes it practical for me to carry anywhere.Six step output options are available at the push of a button. However I particularly like the light ramping feature and keep it on this setting most of the time. Hold down the power button and it gets brighter, release the pressure and hold down again and the flashlight dims. Simple. The strobe, SOS, and beacon features could come in useful one day - nice to have them as a feature. There are only two things I would wish for Sofirn to change:* It can be difficult finding the power on switch in the dark - a more pronounced power on switch would be helpful. Alternatively if the small LED could be set to remain dimly lit while the flashlight is turned off? I am sure that would not put too much drain on the powerful 5000 milliamp battery.* Making the bottom of the SP35 flat it would allow the flashlight to stand upright on a flat surface.I thoroughly recommend this flashlight. Excellent quality and features at the right price.

Good torch
Build quality is good, Not sure if it’s really bright as stated, but have no way of checking it.On/Off switch is a bit annoying so only 4 stars.

Practical and excellent
This is my first Sorfin, Sorfirn SP35, but recently I bought another Sofirn SP33 v.3, but these are two different torches, excellent for my liking and requirements. I am an outdoors person, camping and going on long treks, even at evening or night hence I need a good throw as well as flood, with whiter light (6500k or above) for good contrast to avoid obstacles, dangers and injuries. Tail cap is not practical for us or any other unnecessary fancy features. Hence not a fan of Anduril UI nor tail cap switches, I want something simple and practical. I have had few Wuben torches and can compare Wuben C2 to this as these two are similar, both were purchased when they were discounted, yet Sofirn was still dearer than Wuben C2. Both have important USB C, even though I use a dedicated charger to charge my batteries at 1A for battery longevity. Most important features with Sofirn torches are softer ramping (as well as factory set, step ramping) and ATR (Advanced Temperature Regulation). I value soft ramping to use my torch for my liking to save battery life than set (4 or 5) ramping. ATR automatically reduces the light intensity to high and then again boots up to turbo when the temperature is right automatically. With Wuben once it is reduced to high, we have to ramp up to turbo again, and we may not be doing it at the right time. But Wuben is made of thicker heavier aluminium hence good heat sinker. Wuben is heavily anodised and fells good and look nice. Wuben has a feature that you can use it as a charger, which I am not going to use. I usually do not open built in USB ports to avoid wear to stop water leaking as my torches are used outdoors. - 0.5 star for lack of built quality but more stars for soft ramping. Overall 5 stars as there are no halves. By the way even though Sofirn SP33 v.3 is an older model, it is a superb torch with similar Sofirm features with a heavy body.
