Loved Mistral’s grapefruit scented soap, but it is $17 a bar on Amazon, so I searched for an alternative and found this. Good quality soap, I will use all three bars, but not the aromatherapy I was hoping for. To really smell it, have to put it right under my nose, it’s so subtle. I should have read the reviews first!

The soap is fine. Just unsure of the amount or quality of the Shea. Skin on my legs and arms is still dry.

I have unusually sensitive skin, so it’s a challenge to find a body soap that does not cause irritation. I first tried the unscented Pure Provence organic soap and loved it. My skin felt great. The soap was moisturizing and caused no irritation or drynes. I’ve tried re-purchasing the unscented version several times and it has been out of stock on Amazon and other retailers.I tried a few of the scented versions- grapefruit, lavender and the açaí cranberry. I did not like the açaí cranberry fragrance, but the grapefruit and lavender were nice. The addition of the fragrance did not irritate my skin, which often times happens with scented soaps. Although I prefer the unscented version of this soap, I still cannot find it in stock anywhere, including the Ton Savon site. So perhaps it’s been discontinued? I don’t know. I’ve stocked up on the grapefruit and lavender instead. Five stars

This is a nice hard milled French soap, but if you are buying it because you like a nice grapefruit scent you will be very disappointed. There is not a hint of grapefruit fragrance. In fact, it smells more like bacon grease than any fruit. It's a good thing that I like bacon.

I’m very sensitive to scents, so I thought that it couldn’t have too light of a scent, but I had actually been hoping for something that smelled a little more of citrus without having a perfume smell. That said, I still like what faint scent there is, and it’s the nicest hand soap I’ve ever used. I didn’t know soap could feel this good on the hands.

I have been buying this soap for my fiancée for about 6 years. I have purchased every scent available multiple times. She absolutely loves it. Triple milled and organic. She only uses organic products when available and this soap fits the bill. She’s always very happy when I surprise her with the purchase of this soap. The scents are mild and the soap is itself is of exceptional quality.

Basically doesn’t smell like anything. I won’t be getting this again.

The quality of this particular soap is long lastingand suds up easily. Does not turn to mush in theshower soap dish. And, it is organic...I'd tried a bar, and went on a quest for more.Do consider the multi bar purchase... note, Ido find some difference between the scentsand the attributes of the soap. I wouldn't havethought so. Do try different scents to find whatis pleasing to you.
