The Premium Grilling Planks brought our palates and our grilling to a whole new level. When we were given the chance to buy the 4-pack grilling planks at a discount in exchange for an honest and unbiased feedback, we said, what the heck lets learn something new. Boy are we glad we did!! We used the white chedar grilling planks with a piece of salmon..!! OMG...never will we grill salmon again without being on a plank.The gentle flavor of the wood took the delicacy of the salmon to a new culinary high. So savoring. Next we tried the sugar maple grilling planks with chicken. Same thing...the chicken touching the wood picked up the planks gentle maple flavor. What a delight. We are new fans of grilling planks. So glad we decided to review this wonderful product..!! Happy Grilling..!!

These planks are all natural and a perfect option for someone that loves to grill as much as I do! These planks are the perfect size and are the ideal width for a perfect grilling session. I will definitely be buying more!!!I did received a discount on this item for my honest review. I will definitely be buying more at the full price. This is truly and excellent product.

I've never tried using grilling planks before, but when there was a chance to get the 4-pack grilling planks at a discount in exchange for an honest review, I decided to test them out. Upon opening the package, I discovered that both of the Sugar Maple planks (I'm assuming those are the darker colored planks, as there is no indication otherwise) were broken - 1 cracked directly down the middle, rendering it pretty useless unless it's used to grill some narrow strip of veggies or something. The other SM plank can still be used, even though one corner has chipped off. So, left with the pair of White Cedar planks, I decided to use one to grill some salmon this past weekend. Neither I nor my husband really noticed any kind of extra woody/smoky flavor added to the fish. I'll definitely be trying out the remaining, usable planks with other options. Perhaps the planks I received were a fluke. I'll gladly update my review upon further use!

Left a wonderful flavor on the meat we grilled on them. They were a little thin though and caught on fire a couple of times. Overall a good product.
