I have seen Puracyn in my dermatologists office. If it's good enough for her, I'm happy to be able to get this for home use. It's called a hydrogel, but it's very thin for a gel. It's more of a liquid which I prefer anyway. I use Puracyn after DIY home beauty procedures. I especially like to pat on as the final step after using the hyaluron pen which makes small puncture marks in the skin. This is wonderful to smooth on afterwards, and really helps promote speedy healing. Most times, the teeny holes are gone the next day!

this is a nice and soothing product to apply after any particularly irritating product. i have slightly sensitive skin and i can’t use products with AHA or BHA (etc.) more than once a week or else my skin gets rashy and irritated. this product helps calm my skin after using harsher products and i find it soothing. the bottle is kinda small you don’t need that much and glides on without any problems. recommend keeping a bottle of this in your skincare stash if your skin needs that extra calm and soothe for whatever reason.

This is such a soothing product!I have an autoimmune disease that occasionally causes my face to become very red and puffy and itchy, or to break out in a red, itchy rash. I’m also sensitive to lots of skincare products so it’s a huge win for me to find a product that only doesn’t irritate it, but also really helps when I have a flare.I will definitely be ordering it again!

I got this to try on a spot of seborrheic dermatitis on my scalp. I had heard hydrogel was a great option. This is a thick gel like consistency and doesn't really squeeze out of the bottle, I dip in a q tip to apply to my skin. It definitely feels like it hydrates for the day, but hasn't really had an effect on the dermatitis. I'll try it on other spots on my skin as they come up.

I've used this after waxing areas of my face, as well as after using a derma roller. It's helpful in not only reducing discomfort, but also redness. Very soothing when it goes on.Also seems to promote quick healing for minor skin irritation.I also like the twist nozzle top. That makes it easy to saturate a cotton ball without wasting it.
