Nice consistency, I did them in the microwave for 20 seconds because it is 900w, first time I did 30 seconds but they were too soft.

Tapioca pearls texture is not the one i was looking for. They are not the chewy one which disappointed me.Good price wise just not happy with the texture so i wont buy it again unfortunately
