When I got this my lady wanted to try wax play and since I love giving her massages from time to time I thought a massage wax would be perfect, lord I didn't know how right I was for making this purchase. The scent is decently strong not too strong but it's pretty potent so you can smell it almost immediately after lighting it and it smells incredible! You gotta wait at least an hour before you pour, maybe longer cause the wax takes a lot longer to burn which is good in its own merit and the wick doesn't leave a strong burning scent when blowing it out. But when it was ready it cooled off almost immediately, I accidentally spilled some on my hand and it didn't even hurt, it was warm at best so it was at the perfect temp. The ingredients are amazing, perfect for all sorts of problems including acne so not only is it the perfect massage oil but it's the perfect skin remedy too my hands have never been softer! Compared to regular lotion it didn't irritate my girlfriend's skin or my hands so I had little to no problems massaging at all it really did the trick loosening up the muscles. One of the best investments I've ever made and I can guarantee I will be buying again in the future, it's small but decent sized so it came in a nice package. Definitely worth the money

I love the pouring spout which makes it easy to use. The massage oil is smooth and just glides on your skin.Normal candle wax is thick and can burn skin easily- this was designed specifically to stay warm at a safer temperature, especially if you are trying this for the first time. No waxy build up when using for massage! The ceramic is a good quality. I have a partner who is sensitive to strong smells and really liked this candle!This is hands down the best. I got this after reading the other reviews with a hopeful degree of skepticism and am so glad! Definitely the most I've spent for a candle, but when you take into account that you are investing in relaxing lighting, massage oil, and a therapeutic experience tool, it is worth every penny! Set the mood right with this luxurious silky beast of a candle. I'm about to reorder another one because I love it so much.For anyone still reading, may you live long and prosper! I used this for the first time to give a sensual massage. I purchased the amber vanilla scent. Per directions, I burned the candle for 30 minutes before using it. The aroma is delicious and not overpowering. The melted wax/oil is wonderful to work with. It lasts a long time and I only had to relight the candle once in order to have enough or for a full body massage. I will purchase this again and recommend it to anybody interested in giving a sensual at home massage.

I love the idea of this candle, and the smell is great. You really do need to let it burn for at least 30 mins to allow for enough of the wax to melt before you pour. I find that it’s slightly sticky and thick, but skin seems to absorb it well and it still glides well for massage. Even if you do let it burn for a while before pouring though, the wick smokes and smells like something you shouldn’t be inhaling. I keep the wick well trimmed, too.

I don’t usually give all 5 stars but I love this product! My fiancé and I have massage nights once a week and this candle has been great. It’s actually the second time we’ve purchased one. The scent is relaxing and not overwhelming and the wax is always the perfect temperature. It does leave a little waxy residue after using but we usually just hop in the shower for a rinse. It really is a nice moisturizer and a great way for us to have an intimate date night it. 10/10

This candle is extraordinary. I use candles for massage routinely and even keep them around for my hands. This one is VERY hot upon pouring and I recommend pouring into the hands, not directly onto the back, for instance. It’s VERY oily and you’ll require only a tiny amount. When using, I keep a cotton towel handy. The scent is divine and moisturizing quality is off the charts. I love it.

Smells great and feels very luxurious . The only downside is the wick, when the oil melts the wick gets coated and doesn’t burn anymore. But super cute and a good value!
