Good Recipes, Too Short.
One the positive side, the recipes I've made are good and not too complicated. Perhaps half the recipes have 8 or fewer ingredients. The graphic designer did a good job, something you don't notice until they don't. However, there are only 30 recipes. Lunch and supper have 15 recipes combined so that will get you through one week, but there are only 4 breakfasts and one is a latte. Clearly this is an addition to your LC/LCHF library; the book cannot stand cannot stand on its own.

Low carb and Kosher? GREAT!
Functional medical doctors are always looking for tasty recipes that follow the low carb, high (healthy) fat philosophy. Having a cook book that follows kashrut is a definite plus. Thank you, Dina David!

Made the tuna/cheese casserole for my finicky daughter. She loved it! Thank you Dina David for busting the 'fat police' craze that has dominated nutrition the past 2 decades. I especially appreciate that these delicious recipes are geared for modern busy cooks, with little time to spare.
