I have been using for 3 months with ZERO difference in my hair. I advised my hairdresser when I started taking the product and she was anxious to see how they worked. I was there today and she agreed that there is NO noticeable difference in my hair. I just received my auto-shipment of a 90 day supply and they are ineligible for return. I will not continue taking so I just wasted $168!

Been using product for 5 months. I have not seen any changes in regards to increase hair growth, but have noticed less hair fallout. Overall though, my hair feels healthier than when I first used this product. I think for the health of what hair I do have, this is a good hair vitamin supplement.

When I first got them I started off with one a day and it was going really well. I was definitely shedding less and I was finally like “yes” something that works, expensive but it works. By 2 weeks I started to take the recommended 2 and then I felt like I hit a plateau.I ordered another 2 bottles cuz I thought maybe I could go back to one just to continue but now my hair is back to shedding like it was before. And my periods are much heavier. Went and read other reviews that said this can effect periods. I’m at a loss for words. I guess it doesn’t work. I don’t know I’ll stop taking it and see what happens then
