The appearance is a little old school plastic flowers, stiff and shiny. The lights are wrapped around the outside of the stems instead of being made inside the product and lighting it from within like a lot of modern solar light styles do.Four stems. Each with their own solar panel. Very yellow, not much green. Going to put these with other artificial greens into a hanging basket in the sun and it will look elegant at night. Rather all season and all holiday looking color and style, which is what I wanted. Overall, I'm satisfied with these set of 4.

I really like the way they look. Unfortunately one went off within the first week. I change the spot just in case they need it to be in a more sunnier area but still the same. Shame because I really like them. I was thinking of ordering another set but not if they are going to stop working right away.Update to first review. After I posted this review, I took them of from the garden section where I had them and put them on a pot just like decoration. After several weeks went by they started working again and have been fine since then. Come to find out they were very close to some sprinklers and they were getting an excessive amount of water that was hitting the battery section from below. It took a while for them to fully dry to start working again but they did. There are no issues with water coming down from above. No issues with these raining season. I wish I am pu them back on the garden but they still look cute on my pots.

These are actually my second purchase - I needed more to fill in my garden bed - my neighbors think the flowers are real - they are just enough light to light up the bed.....

I received these on Monday. Monday night they were both working fine and they're nice and bright. Yesterday (Tuesday) we had some rain in the late afternoon but was sunny most of the day. When darkness came, only one was lit. Tonight (Wednesday) the one still does not light up, even though it had a full day of sun. I'm going to give it another day or two and hope that by some chance it'll start working again.

These are super easy to use. They lit up 1st night & look great. Very happy with this purchase & would buy again

I love these and bought them two years ago. I wanted to add more but the quality isn’t the same. They lasted only a few days and then stopped working. It was very disappointing. I returned and reordered….same issue.

At first glance these are not very impressive to look at. They have the appearance of a forsythia branch. However when bunched together in a container with branches fanned out, they come alive during day and especially at night. My experience with them is that when fully charged they eliminate all night - 8+ hrs.

Not working even you put it under the sun the whole day? Bought it expesive but useless!
