iPearl mCover Hard Shell Case for 11.6" HP Chromebook 11 G1 (11-1xxx Models only) laptops (Blue)

I ordered this case after I purchased my Chromebook in person on Sunday. It arrived Wednesday in great shape although lacked directions so I assume that so long as you don't put the wrong piece on the wrong part of the computer, orientation doesn't make a huge difference.This case does make the computer a little heavier and the grates seem a little unnecessary as my HP doesn't have any cooling vents, but I guess this is a one size fits all for all 11.6" Chromebook screens and other models might need the vents.I haven't dropped my computer yet with the case on, so I can't judge how it does protection wise, but it seems very strong. I'll update as needed. Only thing I'm unhappy with is that I wish the kickstand and area around it would have feet on them to keep the back of the computer from sliding around. But it's minor and I plan on keeping the case anyway

I had my hands full and you guessed it... I dropped my Chromebook on an aggregate walkway. Fearing the worst I picked it up an immediately noticed that not only was there NOT a scratch on my "Hard Shell Case (HSC)", but when I got it in the house, my Chromebook started right up as if nothing happened! I figuered it fell about 4'. I am extremely pleased with my purchase of the the HSC. IT'S WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!

Did not fit my chrombook 11.6 like it said it would they even show a picture and wording that's says hp chrombook 11 on a paper they sent with it but sit did not fit , and it was like a half inch to much almost maybe a bit less but couldn't even make it fit. It's a nice product but dose not fit how it's described.

I am so glad I got the hard shell for my new Chrome Book. It fits so well that I just think of it as the outer cover ant forget that it is an add on. I know myself, at some point in the near future, I'll drop, spill, scrape my Chrome Book and the Hard Shell will protect it.

Great fit and added protection for my HP Chromebook 11. Very easy to install. Also have the clear case to swap for different look and it fits perfectly too. No problems with either.

Indeed fit my 11.6" HP Chromebook! :) The hard shell really protects my laptop from scratches and gives unique color to it.

This cover does not fit the HP Chromebook as described!! Had to return it.
