I have used several types of crack-fillers. Most are simple to apply and easy to smooth and clean up. They never completely harden, but remain flexible. QUIKRETE is a crack-filling adhesive, and as such, has a strong tensile bonding strength. It is not flexible, it hardens, it is tougher. It is more difficult to apply and to clean up. Do not get it on your skin. One application example: I laid concrete pavers abutting my concrete house walls, to facilitate lawn mowing and to eliminate the need to use a weed whacker. The adhesion of the pavers to the walls reduces the tendency of the pavers to pull away and sink.
