These outlets support up to four 12 gauge wires, on both the hot and ground terminals, with a nice screw clamp. Many other AC outlet sold on Amazon, only support two 12 gauge wires, on each terminal. On those outlets, push in wire terminals on the rear, typically only support 14 gauge wire. So if you need to connect more than two 12 gauge wires on each terminal, you’re going to be out of luck with them.

Great value for an office renovation I just did. Much better value than at the big box stores. Install easy back stab or screw on and the plates come with also.

Seems to be a nice outlet but the plugs are not as tight an it as I would expect.

I'm on year 11 of remodeling my house. I had all the old 1950's wire removed and new 12/2 copper wire installed in year 1. 12 gauge wire is rated for 20 amps and we use several space heaters that pull a little over 12 amps. I noticed a space heater plug was hot to the touch on a 15 amp outlet so I changed it to one of these 20 amp outlets. Plug and outlet are no longer hot.I've been replacing regular outlets, GFCI outlets, and switches for the last 8 years and I've been using Bestten products as the replacements. I haven't had any problems with any of their products. In the beginning I wasn't aware of tamper resistant outlets but my roommate was quick to tell me she doesn't like them. Bestten offers non tamper resistant outlets and I no longer get complaints.

I needed 20 + of these receptacles for a new basement project. I ran 12 gauge wire so that I could have multiple items running without a problem on 20 amp breakers. To my surprise I did not need to curve the heavy wire around the screw terminals. I simply had to clamp the heavier gauge wire into the clamps and tighten the terminal screws for a good contact (not the push in low contact surface) I was also impressed that there were 4 attachments for both the white wire and black wires that proved to be invaluable for my project. they came well packaged to protect the receptacle and cover.

What with all the electric plugs now having protection built into them to stop anyone from inserting things into the sockets, these plugs are a real pain to get the plugs into the slots. Have always used Leviton products, but these are easily as well built and they DO NOT have the safety slots built in. Will switch all 52 of my outlets to these.

These were far cheaper than the big box store multipacks. 20 amp receptacles are always more than 15 amp. I did not need anything particularly heavy duty as these were going on where they do not get plugged/unplugged a lot. Every other receptacle and light switch in my bathroom was decorator style except two. Now they all match.
