Confident that they will work
I haven't been taking these long enough to know if they are actually helping me to loose weight yet but I am definitely eating less & I have noticed a slight difference in my energy level with no side effects at all or nasty jitters. I have really bad heartburn, but I feel lighter
I have really bad heartburn, but I feel lighter, curbs my appetite, I take it when I feel hungry and my hunger goes away. Makes me not eat all day. Kinda great so I'm sure I'm loosing and will be loosing weight! I drink a lot of water with it

Not up to expectations.
Does not make me feel like I have a full feeling after taking it. I am still hungry but a tiny bit less hungry. I can eat smaller meals and feal satisfied but not completely full. It does not list the amount of each ingredient. It doesn't feel like it's doing much of anything at all. Goodbluck. My advice is to just use glucomannan and green tea extract or green coffee bean extract individualy.

I've only been taking this for 2 days but I am really enjoying it. I am extremely sensitive to caffeine and if I take 2 of these a day, it doesn't seem to have any adverse affects. I'm thrilled that this might actually work for me! So far so good

They work, I think
I bought these twice. I wanted to lose 15 pounds and the first month I took these, I lost 5. I was impressed, so I bought them again a few months later and lost nothing. I eventually lost all 15 pounds and have not gained any back, so maybe it worked?

Didn't work for me
I used these for 3 weeks and didn't really feel a decrease in appetite and didn't lose any weight even with eating less and exercise. I'm disappointed because they sounded great in theory! I have hypothyroidism so there's a possibility my medication didn't work well with these or something. Just not for me.

I vomited, and then really wanted to eat.
I took these supplements and 30 minutes later I vomited up bright blue stuff. I will admit that I took another supplement I hadn't tried before at the same time, so I can't be sure it was this one, but I don't want to try to find out. I also immediately wanted to eat food, so that element didn't work either.

I really wanted these to work. However, after using the entire bottle I have not been able to discern a noticeable difference. Will likely go back to the Garcinia
