I can say without a doubt that this is by far the best sack of balls I've ever purchased. While the well-designed box says "Invincible Fitness," I can assure you I did not feel invincible the first time I sat on one of my new balls.The big black ball penetrated deep into my hamstring, releasing tensions that I couldn't reach with regular stretching.The green spikey ball of death is good for rolling the feet out and getting in between those pesky bones.The red spikey ball is a little less intense than the green ball, and is nice for easing into a good quad massage.Like any good ballsack, there's a blue ball to be found. This blue ball is a well-rounded ball, allowing deep massages all over the body, from the calves to the quads to the shoulders.Lastly the American Flag-painted stress-releif ball is a great stress reliever while massaging. This little guy can help you take your mind off of all the other painful parts of your body while you're massaging them. Not to mention you'll be making your hands and forearms stronger in the meantime.All in all, 5 out of 5, and I'd recommend this sack of massage balls to anybody.

The balls are awesome for relieving pain and tight muscles but I was expecting a massage guide book or pamphlet with it because it was pictured but they do not come with the book.

It hurts sooo good!I look forward to getting home from my desk job everyday so I can lay on the floor and roll out the knots in y back.The ball is quite hard, but that is necessary to really iron out all the knots in your muscles. Once you get a feel for how to use it, it's the greatest thing ever for tight muscles.I thought I only wanted one lacrosse massage ball, but surprisingly I find the 5" Eva ball my favorite. It is like a foam roller, only better since it is really focused.I used the hard spiky massage ball mostly for my feet. It feels like it is helping the blood flow. The softer one is also nice but I prefer the firm one.Bonus ball is a great gift.

Wow! I finally got my invincible fitness deep tissue massage balls!I was looking forward and waiting to get this in the mail today.The quality is A lot higher than I expected it to be. As a certified personal trainer I work with a lot of deep tissue massage equipment, foam rollers and balls. So here's my review based on my experience with similar equipment. The blue lacrosse ball which is a hard rubber ball is awesome. Not much to say about it. Personally I was never a big fan of the spike balls, but to have to that one is very firm and one is slightly softer it's very fun to use on the feet, I think I'm going to start liking these from now on. My favorite out of all the set is the big foam ball, which is slightly smaller than the commercial ones you buy at the sports store and what I like about it is that because it is smaller it is easier to dig deeper into the muscle tissues. This definitely is my favorite of all of the products. I'm definitely going to recommend this package for all my clients at my studio.Thank you invincible fitness! I have severe weakness where I needed several of the items above for my physical therapy. No one knew where to get them. (They will now! )I even hot an extra free hand ball for muscle strength in my whole arm. Now I find I have cancer and the specialists there use these too. In am ridiculously happy to do my exercises correctly without hand made 'sort of like' effots. My progress is notable. Really nice looking and just tge same as my physical therapists use! Couldn't be happier.

I learned about this type of ball from a physical therapist (the lacrosse ball) and from a class at my gym (the softer spiky ball). Determined that I needed to have my own at home to help with sore/tight muscles. I already own a foam roller, but that can be cumbersome and doesn't get into some of the smaller areas well (e.g. soles of feet, shoulders, neck). Hadn't heard of "Invincible" brand before, but couldn't find the brands I did know for sale online, so took a chance on this set, and I'm very glad I did. I've had this set (plus the peanut) now for 2 weeks, using them daily, and am very happy with them! They're the size and texture that I was expecting, and have worked really well so far. Of this set and the peanut, I use the lacrosse ball (the small blue ball) and the red spiky ball the most - but all are useful. Would recommend.

This is the best massage ball kit you can ever get. These balls save my life AND save me a lot of money. I'm very active person and ofetly suffer from carpal tunnel syndrom, tennis elbow and low back pain. I spent time of dollars in physical therapy and other treatments. A daily work with these ball made me pain free. Don't waste your money on other products. These massage balls are very recommended.

After embarking on a walking regime of several miles a day, I began to develop painful feet, ankles, calves, and thighs. Aside from getting different shoes with more stability for my ankles, I needed something to help massage those overworked muscles. I really like that this set has a variety of sizes and hardness so that I can vary the pressure and coverage to suit the area I want to work on. I regularly go to a massage therapist who works on myofascial release and trigger point massage, but this gives me the ability to self-massage between appointments at my convenience. Try rolling the softer red spiky ball on the TOPS of your feet. Those muscles need attention too.
