Underwear is hard to shop for. We all wear them more than any other items of clothing, demand excellence from them, and also expect them to be inexpensive. Is this unreasonable of us? Probably. Am I going to stop looking for that perfect pair of undies? Nope.If you are looking at this product, you probably already like boxer briefs. As boxer briefs go, these are superior to most I have tried in recent years. The material is reasonably comfortable against the skin (you won't normally notice them, which is what really matters with an undergarment), the colors stay true, and they provide reasonable support. Perhaps the largest advantage these boxer briefs have over others I've tried is that they are all of the same material. There is no separate waist band at the top or cuff at the bottom, it seems to just be the material itself folded over and stitched down. This is preferable because on other products, such as Hanes' own boxer briefs with 'comfort flex waistband', the waistband and cuffs tend to become detached from the main body of the fabric, creating holes or dangling uncomfortably. This boxer brief has not had that happen and so is a strong improvement over other versions.The only problems with this boxer brief are the ones that most of us expect with boxer briefs. They run a bit long, as is the trend nowadays, which I like, but I know not everyone cares for. They also begin to lose their tightness to the leg and crotch support after a number of washes. I don't love that, but I have yet to find a pair of boxer briefs that doesn't have that happen.Until I find something better, this is my current go-to for boxer briefs.

Comfortable

I have been using this product for more than two weeks now. In that time, I've had an opportunity to evaluate both the quality of the product and the overall usability. In creating this review I've considered both the type of material used in making the product as well as the overall fit and finish. I've also considered how well the product meets my needs and whether there are any shortcomings or particular advantages in using this product.For this particular product, the type of material used in the manufacture and creation of the product seems to be of very good quality. One must consider that for any product of this type there is a balance between the type of material used and the cost that is to be passed on to the consumer. I think for this product that balance has been met fairly well and I believe that the product will meet the expectations of most buyers.With regard to the fit and finish of this particular product, I believe it to be about average for the products of similar make or style. That is to say that it is not of poor or moderate craftsmanship/finish nor is it something that I would rate as outstanding. The quality of the piece is such that I feel it is a good value for the money.Finally, as with many products of this type, the value that a consumer sees is dependent on the expectation. When I ordered this product my expectations were moderate, especially because of the price. In an age where we demand low price but often want high quality, it is often best if we expect moderate to good quality instead. I did that with this product as was pleasantly surprised to find that the quality was at least good, if not just a tad bit better than good. For that reason, and those set out above, I'd make a recommendation to buy this product.NOTE: I received this product at a reduced cost in exchange for the promise to file an honest and unbiased review. To meet that obligation, I typically use the product for an extended period, no less than two weeks, and under the typical conditions that one might use for a product of this type.

Perfect for what I needed

Here is the disclaimer. It is super hard to find underwear for larger sized men. And if your reading this you probably already know that. These were ok and will do the job. The things I didnt like is that I wished for the colors shown and got completely different collors. They were a little snug to fit and not even close to as soft as I would have prefers. More like starched cardboard, but that being said, the last two issues can be fixed over time with wear and washing. As always underwear for men have become way to expensive, and these fit that bill; not enough bang for the buck. That being said it is hard to find underwear for larger men so these will do the job.
