This stock pot sure beats the hell out of making war and weapons of mass destruction so profitable!
I doubt that you could find a lower price for this type and quality of stock pot on the entire Internet which is why I have happily bought 4 of them to make large batches of kombucha tea. Having said that however, you have to realize that this stainless steal stock pot does not have the same quality as one you would have to spend a minimum of $50, $60 or even more for a stock pot of the same size and shape but made of much thicker stainless steal and which is virtually indestructible. Because this pot is far from indestructible. Only one of the lids which went to one of the pots was warped enough to have it not make a "perfect" seal with the stock pot that it went to. The remaining 3 lids all fit each of the pots with a more than reasonably good seal.As for the actual pots themselves one of them had 2 rust blemishes on the inside of the bottom edge which I am more than sure I can correct with just a bit of scrubbing. The remaining 3 pots each had one or more extremely minor dings and dents to them which will in no way affect the use I have intended for them. Also while this pot is advertised as having the capacity of containing 5 gallons, which I have not yet tested personally, according to more than one review I have read about these pots you are only going to be able to manage using the pot safely if you place one or even two quarts less of 5 gallons into it.So to recap my review: you get what you pay for and if anything based on the cost of this pot I can not recommend purchasing it high enough. But there are the few draw backs I have already mentioned along with one final caution I have read about this stock pot. The handles are NOT welded on but rather are riveted onto the sides which means to really be on the safe side you do NOT want to move the pot when it is filled by holding onto the handles which could possibly break away from the pot due to them not being able to handle that much weight.Which means that if you have the money to blow on any expensive item you want I guess you could buy the $60, $70 or even $80 stock pot of perfection but if you do decide to go with this pot you really have absolutely nothing to complain about if it arrives with insignificant scars and blemishes from being transported from there to you but which will have no affect what so ever on the ability of this pot to do what it has basically been designed to do which is boil water and be a container to aid in the manufacturing of kombucha tea, beer and wine along with being a great vessel to make soups and stews in.Lastly, do NOT forget to ask yourself if you can not afford the more expensive stock pot, "Why is it that 99.99999% of people do not have enough money to spend on their 'wish list' but .000001% manage to make stocks in weapons manufacturing and the wholesale murdering of members of the human race so lucrative and profitable?"

great for crafts
I got this to dye fabric and for this its great. Easy to clean, large, and light. the lid is worthless though. I t arrived warped and it won't bend back in to shape. it feel vey cheap and for that im dinging it a star. Thankfully I don't need a lid but its disappointing I don't really have that option if I want a decent seal. I haven't noticed any leaking around the handles yet but not a huge concern for me since its not something I pull out frequently as some would for food. for the price I don't mind sealing the handle rivets myself. all in all if you need a quick and cheap large pot for similar services this is a great deal.

Great large-volume simmer pot!
Great simmer pot for large volume. Takes about an hour for my Frigidaire/Electrolux Gas pot burner to heat up the contents, but it simmers without all the crap coming over the edges. Very smooth finish and very easy to scrub out. The lid lets the condensed steam creep back toward the center of the pot instead of at the edges. YE, ity will boil over if you don't get the heat right. Anyway, for the price, great stock pot.

Great For Cheese
I needed this SS stock pot for making four pounds of cheese at a time. I knew from reading the reviews that the metal was thin, and it's really quite perfect for what my use is. You can't find a new heavy duty stock pot this cheap! For me this was a steal! As for the sticker on the bottom that's hard to get off, well I accidentally burned it off by turning the wrong burner on. It came right off, though I don't really suggest that method. For the people complaining about it just barely holding 5 gallons, that's how all stock pots are and not just this brand.UPDATE 9/1/2018I'm still using this pot and loving it. It has held up extremely well for over two years now.
