Made the best ever smoke pork loin ham
First time ever making cured ham from raw Pork loin. Used the ratio of 3% kosher salt 3% brown sugar plus .25% curing salt, brined for a week. Smoked em, finished them in sous vide. OMG the best tasting ham

Lo recomiendo
Le pongo una estrella menos ya que no tiene la dosis ideal en el empaque y las dosis recomendadas en su página viene en medidas que no usamos en México (1 Oz por 25 Lbs.) así que tuve que convertir a gramos por kilo (2.5 gr X Kilo de carne) ...de nada.
