So, I received my bar of soap yesterday and am very pleasantly surprised! I was a little skeptical at first as to how my skin would react, as I have to be very careful with what I put on my skin due to severe sensitivity and breakouts. I have been using Shea Moisture's Black Soap for some time now, and while it did moisturize my skin (to some extent), it did absolutely nothing for my breakouts and acne scars.What I really appreciate is that unlike Shea Moisture's Black Soap, the fine grains that act as an exfoliant in Aspen Kay Soap are very gentle on my skin. Shea Moisture's Black Soap has very large and harsh oats in its soap that are very sharp and leave scratches on my skin #AWFULAspen Kay Dead Sea Mud Soap has left my skin feeling very smooth, clear, and moisturized. I used the soap this morning and noticed that the majority of my face breakouts have cleared up and the remaining small bumps on my face have dried up #PRAISEGODI can officially say that Shea Moisture Black Soap can have several seats, as Aspen Kay Dead Sea Mud Soap has exceeded my expectations! Wonderful product!!!!My daughter has severe acne so I decided to order the soap for her. Her skin has improved significantly. She still has the acne scars which may be permanent but the overall improvement is present. The amount of white/blackheads have been noticeably reduced. My daughter's confidence has been restored and everyone who's suffered from acne knows the feeling. The only negative part was shipping and delivery. I am very happy to report that this is THE BEST SOAP I'VE EVER USED. I rarely am 100% satisfied with something I buy but I can confidently say there is nothing I would change about this product. The smell is amazing. My skin has never felt healthier and softer. I use it on my entire body, including my face, and no longer have acne. I've used it for a month now and will continue to order this soap when I run out. If you're looking for a completely natural soap that smells great and that you don't need to compromise on quality or price, buy this right now. I've never been happier with a purchase. My one piece of advice I can offer is to let it dry completely between uses so it lasts as long as possible. Also I cut mine in half and saved the other half so it lasts a bit longer. I purchased this because I wanted to try something with dead sea mud. I did read the reviews and the description indicated the mud (or combination of ingredients) may lead to breakouts initially. Well, that is true. I'm well past the age of breakouts, and this soap definitely led to some redness and breakouts. I tried not using it every day, but seems like whenever I used it, the following day my skin was irritated. Not an allergic reaction (skin was not hot or inflamed), more like the detox effect was encouraging breakouts.In any case, I won't be using this on my face anymore. I will say it does have a nice scent.

Absolutely love this soap. I have Psoriasis on the side of my face near my hairline. Everyday I need to use a prescription crime for it. I used this soap yesterday for the first time and the psoriasis did not need any medication. Nothing had ever worked but the prescription! Ecstatic user!

You don't like using 6 face cleaners with 250 chemicals apiece in them daily? Cool this is your face cleaner then. I wanted something as close to warm water and a little elbow grease as I can get because I'm a guy I really didn't know or want to worry about all these acids or microbeads and which weren't actually acid and which is killing all the fish or whatever I just wanted a less oily face and I heard charcoal is good for impurities without stripping oil completely which it seems not to do. After I wash my face there is definitely an oil cleansing effect as in my skin feels less oily, but also not dry which I can manage to get every time. Seriously I scrub my face once at night and the morning and the lack of oil buildup but also lack of dry skin.... I don't know how they get the balance but I found it and I'm keeping it

I have been looking for a natural soap and this is it! Some of the other soaps I’ve used just didn’t smell good to me....always a little to earthy for me. I really missed the clean smell of my toxic soap that I previously used so I was thrilled to find this has such a nice fresh citrus scent and activated charcoal to top it off. I have been gradually switching all my personal products to organic or as natural as I can get. This is a keeper for sure.

Amazing. Pushes all the gunk to the surface of your pores, then you can exfoliate it the rest of the way out or it will come out on its own after a few washes. I have tried several other charcoal products - none did this. I'm seriously so impressed and going to use this stuff indefinitely.The first week or so you will break out some as all that gunk rises to the surface. So worth it though. Never felt cleaner.
