Works under harshest conditions - GH5 shooting 4K60P 10bit 4:2:2 down to Atomos Shogun Inferno rec
My setup is the ultimate test running 4K60P from a digital camera (GH5) to an outboard recorder that takes HDMI in and records to SSDs (the Atomos Shogun Inferno). Atomos cautions you that normal HDMI cables DO NOT WORK for this and you MUST buy their 18" long $100 coiled cable for it to even remotely function. Reading the reviews on atomos' overpriced 18" cable showed most people are having trouble even getting it to work properly. I went to amazon to buy the BEST 4K cable made (from a signal integrity standpoint) and this popped up. I was suspicious at first, and noted the 1 star reviews with failures, but tried it anyways. It works - and 100% solid works, no dropped frames to the recorder, no issues whatsoever. I was really surprised, since it must draw power from the battery operated camera, yet everything functioned. If you look at my reviews, you'll see I have no problems calling out the junk that is imported and sold on amazon, but this is one of those few gems that actually performs as stated.**NOTE** If, at some point, this should fail - I will be back and update my review. It was put into service on 15 August 2020, so time will tell. The build quality is great; HDMI connectors fit solidly into the jacks on both ends [camera is $2500 and recorder is $1000, so they used top notch jacks]. I'd had problems with the amazon basics cables falling out. The fiber cable is extremely flexible, and the long length lets my asistant cameraman get some distance away which is an added bonus. I was concerned 18" would make run-and-gun filming a difficult dance with 2 people.Again, thrilled right now - if something goes wrong, I'll update. 4K 60P HDR and Log exposure is no problem for this guy.

Great Cable, Great Price
I tried other cables claiming to be "high speed" in order to connect my 4K projector to my input device at the front of the room- other cables I tried were not powerful enough, resulting in flickering. I visited the big box store to see what my options would be, and they were all 3-4 times the price of this cable. If you need a long fiber optic 4K cable, I would definitely recommend this one!!

Great value, quality, and picture!
I used this cable to replace my copper hdmi cable which was too long for my setup. The picture was great and much more reliable than the copper hdmi cable! It has been working great for the past couple of weeks! I’ll be sure to update.

Easy install ARC support would have been really nice.
The cables came in a good solid packaging. We Installed this 30 foot HDMI cable to a ceiling projector while we were finishing the basement. However, We did not run any optical or audio out wirings back from the projector as we assumed that this HDMI cable will support ARC. Once the contractor sealed the ceiling walls with drywall we connected the projector to our receiver and after some troubleshooting with the audio realized that this HDMI cable did not support ARC connections as this not bi-directional. Tested with another normal bi direction cable and the audio worked via ARC. Though this was a setback, we activated the bluetooth from the projector to connect to the receiver as a workaround. The picture quality is however excellent and we are very happy with it.

Excellent Product, Superior Customer Service
I purchased these cables for my home theater over a year ago. One 30' for the wall mounted TV, and one 50' for the projector. While the price may induce some initial sticker shock, you get what you pay for, and running HDMI signals over these lengths, I wanted to be sure I would have no problems. Since I was fishing these through my walls and in the attic, I did not want to have to ever service them again.Unfortunately, after about 14 months, the 30' just stopped working. I suspect a lightning strike or power flickers as a suspected cause. I didn't get around to addressing the issue for about an additional 6 weeks. I went through the motions of contacting the seller even though I was well over 1 year since the purchase date. I was even more discouraged when I found out the seller was from China, but made a Skype phone call anyways.I was expecting to leave a voice message since it was after midnight in their timezone, so I was quite surprised when I got a live human on the other end. "Cindy" couldn't be more helpful and she sent me a replacement that arrived within 3 days. Unbelievable!Cheers to Amazon for having international sellers that stand behind their product. The cables are a high grade quality, the were shipped quickly and their customer service vastly exceeded my expectations.I would highly recommend.

Perfect for older homes with smaller conduit for wiring
For a home built years ago with a smurf pipe that didn't account for the size of connectors on HDMI cables, this product is an absolute dream. When my original HDMI cable connectors were bent (damn kids), I feared the worst of drilling an additional hole and fishing cable through the walls. Then I found this SlimRun cable with HDMI connectors. It couldn't have been easier to run the flexible cable through the smurf pipe (with no kinks or sticking points), into the crawl space, and up through the other smurf pipe to its destination. Once the cable had been run, I attached the HDMI connectors to each end and, VOILA! A beautiful picture in 4K. Can't recommend this product enough.

Not sure about the complaints honestly. Quality control maybe? Mine is perfect.
For me personally, mine is working flawlessly.... I sometimes wonder about these negative reviews from people who may be completely clueless on how to use or set up tech equipment like a proper AVR and home theater system. For me, this cable has been absolutely perfect. I have it routed behind my couch along side some 10 AWG audio cables. I am experiencing awesome quality both in sound and video.... I have used it for about year now. No issues.
