I recently purchased these shoes as a gift for my wife. I was initially on the fence about buying shoes online since you can never be sure about the size and I've read all the horror stories about trying to return items, but this has been nothing but a great experience!I chose these shoes because my wife loves high heels, the price was very affordable, and because all of the great reviews. The shoes only took about a week to arrive, very fast shipping. The quality of the shoes is amazing! My wife absolutely loves the way they look and how comfortable they are considering the heel height. The material and the construction seem very solid, and overall really good quality. Now my wife is usually in between shoe sizes and usually wears a size 8 or 9, so I figured I would be safe and order a size 9. These shoes do run about a half size larger then expected, so they were a little too loose. I would definitely recommend ordering a half size down if you are in between sizes. So we decided to return the shoes and exchange them for the smaller size.After I requested the return through Amazon, Lillian from Mavirs Customer Service emailed me the very next day apologizing and asking what she could do to help. She asked us if we would like to return or exchange the shoes, and offered to send a new pair of shoes in the correct size for FREE. She mentioned due to shipping costs we could just keep the shoes we already had and they would handle everything else. Overall I was very surprised at how responsive and amazing their customer service was and highly recommend purchasing from them.Bottom line, if you are on the fence about purchasing these shoes, definitely do it! They are great quality at an affordable price, and surprisingly comfortable for high heel shoes. My only recommendation is order a high size down if you are in between sizes. The customer service was responsive, and excellent. I am waiting for Mavirs to ship the new pair of shoes and will update you all once they arrive.

All out sexy shoe, stable heel and good construction. I am a well seasoned high heel shoe girl however because of the height of the heel it is rather difficult to walk in. They are fine for a short stepping slow stroll like from your car to your seat (lol). If you like really, really, really tall heels then this is the shoe for you. I strongly suggest practice walking in them at home in front of a mirror (checking your posture and legs as you walk) before wearing them out in public.

Pretty, sexy shoe. Got lots of compliments on them. I really like them and they are fairly comfortable. I wouldn't walk far in them, but comfortable for a day at the office. I had to order a size 6 which would probably fit a true size 6 wonderfully. I usually wear a 5 1/2, but wasn't given the option of ordering a 5 1/2. I just put in a heel cushion and a cushion for the ball of my feet and the shoes fit well enough.

First, I'm a REAL Customer (not someone paid to post).I'm making this exception because not only the product is the best value & quality for your dollar, but they contacted me and asked me to measure & outline my wife's foot on a paper, write the dimensions & email it to them.They ALWAYS RESPONDED to my emails, they ALWAYS FOLLOWED UP.No company is perfect, don't have unrealistic expectations...... but they are as close to perfect as they come, and they have the customer service to back it up.The shoes are great, I'm a Mavirs Super Satisfied Customer.

Bought these for my Girlfriend for Christmas. She has worn them several times since and always says they’re extremely comfortable. They look super sexy on her too. Can’t take my eyes off her when she’s strutting around in them.

Good but small. Order a full size up.
