Beware read and learn! But its a good product if you take care of it.
My sister love it. Still looking good after 1.5 years. It look very pretty on her computer. It was a great buy for her air! But beware I had this same cover for another computer a 15 retina macbook and it not lasted much. The Stands where great aditions to help cooling and position while they lasted, but if you put a little too much pressure with your hands when they are oppened, specially if on the bed you will brake one of the stands off, like it happened to me, an that feature will be useless. But thats not the worst part. The bad thing is when the sticking-rubbery-friction-footing in the bottom eventually fall appart and get lost. This laptop stand only has 2 of these sticky footing in the front instead the traditional 4 (none on the back). This make more stress loads on the only 2 rubber foots and they will eventually fall apart from the case. I think heat and sunny summer days will make the glue stop working and with little pressure they will fall from the case. Also make note that the case perse' is made of a very slippery frictionless plastic and that both back hinges when close will be touching the ground without any rubber friction footing. So having no footing on the back is a cons, especially if by some reason the only 2 ones on the front are no touching the ground at some point, the computer will become suddenly slippery and in potential danger (this is common if you by some reason happen to put your computer momentarily on the border of a table, it will be exponentialy fatal if you has this type of cover, also can happen if you put a small pice of paper in front of the computer and or move your computer you may block the only 2 stoppers available) . But worst of all is when you eventually lose the only 2 rubbery fitting it has poorly glued on. That is when your case become a hazardous 100% of the time and any light bump would make you laptop move around and fall to the ground. Specially smooth surfaces are letal for your computer if you loose the only 2 footings it has. And don't even think of putting your $2500 laptop on a slightly tilted surface because it will move down the slope and fall. On a rush moving your computer around this can happen a lot, and you will need good reflex to catch computer on time before it falls. The company should use a stronger glue to stick those friction footings better to the under cover! The glue that hold them is very flimsy.I RECOMMEND EVERYONE THAT BUYS THIS COVER SHOULD: pull apart the only 2 rubbery foot pads and re-glue them with a much stronger glue or even epoxy. That way you won't get a sudden surprise one day when they fall, and your computer becomes suddenly ultra slippery, and then falls to the ground if it get you by surprise before you knowing it. And always inspect how those rubbers are looking and fix them on time if need to be before you loose them like it happened to me.Do this and you can buy and recommend the product to friends. And don't put pressure on the computer when hinches are open. And its very important to close those hinges when transporting commuter from one table to another, putting pressure on them and breaking them is easy when placing computer on surfaces like a bed.

Fantastic Cover - Do hinge snaps first!
Even without instructions this wasn't difficult to figure out. I did hit one snafu however.Helpful tip:Make sure the snaps are on correctly near the hinge FIRST before snapping the base on. Otherwise you may have to remove the case, and do it again. (Snafu!)I'm very excited about this cover and it makes my macbook look great! I ordered the pink and it is very girly! I love that it is a translucent case as I like to customize my mac with vinyl stickers and this allows them to still show through. The cover does not feel like it will protect my macbook as well as a case like my phone cover would if I drop it. My phone cover is one of those super strength, plastic & rubber contraptions that doubles my phone's size and cost a pretty penny. But then - I've only ever dropped a laptop once, and it was a very short slide from the couch to the carpeted floor whereas my phone is dropped on a somewhat more regular basis. So I'm not LOOKING for "super strength protection" for the laptop and it's not surprising I didn't get it. All 4 corners have a little bit of a plastic bumper at least so a small drop is not likely to be an issue. The cover seems like it will protect my laptop from scratches and small dings from being shoved into a laptop bag with various accessories however and that's what I was concerned about. Plus, it really does look great! (As added protection though I did buy this along with the pink ipearl neoprene sleeve - I really do pack thing into my laptop bag rather roughly.)The included keyboard cover is clear. It is indented so that it "hugs" each of the keys. It took a couple of minutes to make sure it was lined up onto each of the keys well. A day or two after installing it seems to have almost suctioned to my keyboard and the fit is nice. My only complaint is that it doesn't "look" very nice. The parts of the keys that I press often are a darker color (from the adherence of the cover) and the bits along the edges of the key have that "trapped air bubble" look. I'll post a picture of it to clarify. I have pets, and I like to eat while on the computer at times so a keyboard cover is a necessity. This one works and I think it's of a higher quality than the one on my old computer, which is nice since it was "Free". I MAY get one that "looks" good someday, but my hands are usually ON The keyboard, so I'm not really sure I need it to be pretty. Some people may not like the feel of the keyboard cover. If you've had a keyboard cover before you'll know what to expect. The cover on my old computer felt very odd at first. After trying it out for a few days though I got used to the odd rubbery feel and I don't even notice it anymore. A friend however could not STAND the feel of the cover and does without one. She only tried it out for a few minutes though and if you're a messy person (or with shedding animals) you may want to really give this keyboard cover a chance despite your initial reaction to keep all of that debris out of your computer and to avoid sticking keys etc.

Perfect fit and finish!
This product turned out to be everything that I expected and then some! It is a bit pricey, but when you have shelled out so much for the MBA, this cover is well worth it. What is more, I also received a keyboard cover in the package -- a wonderful and welcome addition.

Adds Weight.
It adds slight weight to screen resuting if you tilt more than say 110 degrees it tends to tilt further on its own weight, while without cover you can tilt slightly more and it stays there.I got it checked by Apple service center they say hinges are O.K
