Instructions are WRONG - do not use!
Legrand shipped these with incorrect documentation - If you follow the directions you may find reversed and crossed pairs in such a jumbled mess that some testers report it as just a crossover cable, which it is not.Do NOT trust the documentation on these.

Works great with the tool
Having the tool that punches everything down at once makes quick work of these ethernet jacks. I used to use a standard punch down tool individually and often would break the end ones. But these, along with the tool that is designed to work with them, make it very fast. They could be cheaper, but i guess you pay for convenience.
