Ordered 11/8. Arrived 12/7. Was expecting the order to take awhile considering it came directly from Taiwan and the state of affairs in overseas shipping at the moment.The expiration date on the outside package was 5 months from now. The expiration for the beef package inside was 9 months from now.The noodle package was placed in a well packed cardboard box. It was still centered in the box surrounded by heavy foam chips. Very well packaged.I cooked the noodles in a microwave for approximately 3.5 minutes with all content packets opened and mixed together. Then I let stand for another 3 minutes before consuming.The flavor is outstanding. The sauce is rich and a little thicker (still soupy) likely due to the soup based fat packet that it comes with. The meat was well marinated and fell apart easily. The only complaint was there was not very much meat. But hey... it's Ramen noodles. Most don't come with any real meat.It was very delicious. It definitely had a far superiour richness and flavor than any Ramen or Ramyun you can find on a shelf in the US. The heat was subtle and not overwhelming. It had a rich beefy flavor and was thick like a homemade soup that has been simmering for hours.It was certaintly worth trying once. However, I will probably not buy it again due to the price. Unfortunately, it will always cost a lot because it can only be bought internationally. You will never find this on a shelf in the US. That's a shame because it was absolutely amazing.
