Regal Flame 18 inch Convert to Ethanol Fireplace Log Set with Burner Insert from Gel or Gas Logs (Oak)

VERY disappointed by the size of the logs! and the grate! They looked WAY bigger in the pictures! The circumference of the logs was ALOT smaller than they appeared! Had to buy MORE logs (which is probably what they wanted anyway) to make it look more realistic. The Grate is MUCH smaller and thinner than in the pictures!!😡😡 I ended up NOT using the cans that came with it and opted to use the gel fuel cans I had left over from a wedding I did. The materials they used are CHEAP. I didnt send it back because honestly I DONT have the time! (Which is why I use amazon, guess I should have done better research)I will make do until I can get my fireplace up and running (when we bought the house the fireplace was bricked in and we found out it was coal burning) I WILL NOT buy from this company again.I guess it is as they say, you get what you pay for,And looks ARE DECEIVING.😡😡😡NOT a happy person right now!!

This is misrepresented as an 18inch LOG SET. The first photo is from the above representation images, and the rest are photos of the crappy thing you actually receive, an orange and small cactus added for scale reference. Note that the orange is bigger than the biggest log! I would rather fill my fireplace with a basket of fruit than this embarrassing log set. The largest log is 13 inches and the grate is 14.5 inches. Note also there is no "Y" log for the top in the set, unlike the photo. And also the set is thin glass and very fragile. Returning, along with a bill to the seller for reimbursement of an hour of my time to repackage and return this scam "fireplace set." The only thing good about it is that the logs look pretty realistic, if you were going to put them, say, in your Betta's fish tank for a fish-sized cozy fireplace setup, next to your Betta's leaf hammock.

The product received is different from picture. It has 2 metal cans that hang through the middle and extremely visible. They are removed or not used in the photo! I assume because if they were pictured nobody would buy!
