I inherited a clay cooking thing and was so glad to find a cookbook by the same manufacturer. Let the baking begin!

Cooking in clay trial
I purchased this book after I bought a used Schlemmertoph at a thrift store. I had been to a Pampered Chef party where they were promoting using their clay ware in the microwave. I was not sure if the Schlemmertoph would be the same. It worked very well in the microwave. I had to remember to turn off the turntable. The recipes are basic. I liked the ones I tried. I have more than 100 cookbooks that I use. This is not my favorite, but there are many more recipes in it to try.

Great to use with a Romertopf
My Mom started us using this cooking method and I bought two sizes when I went out on my own. I cook my turkey breast for Thanksgiving in it every year. My husband actually prefers dry turkey and it is nearly impossible to get a dry turkey using the clay method. I had this book at one time but it is in the ozone somewhere so I was happy to find it on Amazon.

No es maravilloso
El recetario es muy básico y la traducción es en español Ibérico por lo que muchos términos no se entienden y los ingredientes que menciona hay que estar buscando como se les conocen en Latinoamérica. Me resultó medianamente útil.
