Professional look, casual feel.
I feel slightly guilty when I wear these to work. I'm supposed to be all tight and professional looking. Little foes anyone know how comfy and casual I feel. This is the life. More, please!

At first I HATED these shoes. Now I LOVE them. (See UPDATED)
I had high hopes for these shoes. I read the reviews about the strap being short. I have thick ankles but not that thick. Decided to try them anyway. The straps are very short. I punched a hole in the straps. Now they work but barely fit in the buckle properly. The shoe feels wonderful on my left foot. My right foot is the one that hurts and the whole time I wore the shoes (2 hours) my foot hurt terribly. Pain even shot up my leg. I bought the shoes because of my right foot. Sadly they don't meet expectations. Unfortunately because of my high hopes I threw away the box so I can't return them. I will wear them occasionally because I can't afford to give them away.UPDATED: Even though they initially hurt my right foot, I decided to suck it up and wear them since I couldn't return them. The second time I wore them, the shoes hurt less. Now they feel wonderful. Will be ordering more Cobb Hill shoes in the future.

Super cute
So so so cute. Looks classy with almost any outfit. Fits well, very comfortable, and great quality.

Straps too stiff
The shoe is very cute, but - for the price of it - I expected better materials / softer straps. Only parts of the shoe are leather, all lining is fabric - which adds unpleasant stiffness to straps. Also -it is a narrow fit shoe. If you have wide feet or even average feet -you will not be totally comfortable. Also - if you have any hint of a bunion - watch out (see my photo) - will not look that cute. I will keep these shoes, but I expected better.

Classy-looking Shoe That's Also Practical
I encourage any woman who has had issues with dress shoes due to orthopedic issues to try the Cobb Hill Aubrey Dress Pump. Having had 4 foot surgeries and a total knee replacement in less than 10 years, I felt that I was condemned to wearing New Balance walking shoes and Orthaheel flip flops EVERYWHERE. With a wedding coming up, I decided to renew my search for some dressy shoes to go with my new party dress. I decided on Cobb Hill because, like New Balance, they offer wide widths. I'm glad I did. The Aubrey Dress Pump is very classy-looking, sort of Art Deco. The insole provides excellent arch support. The heel is very attractive and safe - - not too narrow. The T-strap has a lengthening effect to the leg and provides extra security. I must say that I am so pleased that Amazon permits returns on shoes that do not fit. Just make sure you return within 30 days! In my case, I did return this shoe to Amazon because it was too short. The width was fine. However, I did buy the shoe in a larger size from a different dealer who was having a sale. This review describes my experience with the Aubrey in the correct size.

Comfy and cute
These shoes are very comfortable with arch support and rubber heel. They don't need to be broken in at all because the leather is soft. I don't think of myself as having particularly wide feet but the shoes did feel a little bit snug at the widest part of my foot when I first tried them on. They've adjusted to my feet now and are really comfortable! I already want another pair in another color. They go with everything! I was afraid they were going to be too "mature" looking for a 22 year old but I think they're really cute.

Great, but beware of getting them wet
No doubt about it these shoes are comfortable, stylish and well made. I can wear them all day, over time they mold to your feet because they have cork soles. However, note that they have cork soles. I made the mistake of wearing them on a rainy day twice. After that, I could not rid them of foot odor, caused by the bacteria that moved in and made a permanent home in the cork. Nothing would remove it. I tried every trick googled on the internet - freezing them (several times), bleach, sanitizer, leaving them in the sun. I couldn't walk around without smelling like a big foot, even when my feet had no odor.I would recommend this company offer a cleaning solution or at least a few notes about how to keep the shoes clean and free of odor. I don't like having to throw out $100 shoes in less than a year for an issue like this. I'll probably purchase them again, but leave them under my desk at my office to change into when I get in, to limit any chance I'll be caught in the rain with them on again. If the company would like to respond with a few suggestions for the future, I'm all ears.

Great shoe, watch the seller
The Cobb Hill Aubrey is a fabulous shoe! It leans a bit retro, so it will look great with vintage as well as contemporary clothing, and it's so comfy, it would be great for swing dancing! I found the size 9 too be a little long and a little narrow, and sadly, they are out of stock on 8 1/2 wides in the color yellow, so they will not be mine. (A note about the yellow color- it is not a true solid yellow; it has a little beige tone to it. It was not as sunny as I thought it would be, but it was still do-able.) I was able to find that size in the color "teal" which is slightly darker than shown, and they're gorgeous and perfect! I would caution anyone purchasing these to check what seller they are actually ordering from, as ShoeMall has a very antiquated return policy! It cost me over $10.00 to return the shoes to them, and they were extremely unhelpful (and sometimes outright hurtful) regarding the transaction. Try to find a better Amazon seller!
