Very easy to work with. I used tulle to turn this into a fairy princess dress for my 2 year old granddaughter. It fit her with plenty of room to grow. It is not lined and so had to put in my own lining. And it took a long time to arrive, though it arrived exactly when they said it would. If I could get it quicker, it would have 5 stars.

used this as top for floor length flower girl dresses for 3 year old twins. Perfect and they were adorable.
