Greatly disappointed
I returned this cause of the quality of materials and how well it was put together. The mesh has big holes that would allow for great air flow at the same time by feeling the material it doesn't seem to be as well tight knit as other synthetic materials. You could tell it didn't have that tight and sturdy interlocking finish you could get from other brands. The padding was real limey and the velcro to the strap for the waist already was straight to come half way off. You can get a long lasting if you get yourself something that retails a bit more like the FLY flux air that won't come apart and would last . Even simple everyday wear of putting it on and off while still providing great air flow.

Not Great But Not Bad
This jacket is fine if you can't afford anything better.Pros1. Lightweight2. The shoulder & elbow armor is good3. Mesh so great for summer4. Has some kidney padding.5. Return was crazy easy6. This is better than wearing nothingCons1. The back armor is not C.E. 1 or 2, it is nothing but a piece of thin foam.2. No double stitching3. The outside of the arms shouldn't be mesh, it should be somthing that would hold up against road rash. The mesh will just rip as you are sliding.

I'm a pretty broad-shouldered guy
Let me start by saying that this jacket is hot!! I've read reviews that stated that once you got up to speed it kept the air moving. On the hot humid days that we have been going through lately I have not found that to be the case. I find myself unzipping it about half way which kind of defeats the purpose of wearing it since it would move around quite a bit during a fall.I'm a pretty broad-shouldered guy, so keeping that and past jacket purchases in mind I ordered up a size to 2XL. Jacket was still a tad tight across the shoulders which throughs off the fit a bit but it's wearable. Elbow plating tends to move around a bit. Did I mention it was hot? Not eager to test the crash worthiness of this jacket. On the plus side it looks good!

Stay cool!
While making a 2500 mile ride in the heat I kept seeing riders with what looked like heavy coats. I thought these people are crazy, they must be cooking. Then I asked one of them about it and they said it was a mesh jacket. So I bought this one. It's great. Only problem is the pads won't stay were they are suppose to.I've soaked a t-shirt in water and wring it out and put it on under this. It keeps you cool for about 45 minutes (in 95 degree weather). I then bought a special hydration vest to go under it. It keeps me cool for about 1.5-2 hours.

it's a mesh jacket, allowes air to flow through
used my jacket today, left house at 6am. very cool, had to put a thin jacket on under it. as the day warmed up I took off inner jacket and the mesh did its job. it kept my cool by allowing air flow through mesh. as the day got into 90's it performed well.

Fits great low price
It seems that mesh jackets run a bit small so I ordered a 4x since I wear a 3x t-shirt. It fits me perfectly, just snug enough the way a motorcycling jacket should be. Rode in 85 degree weather and it was very comfortable. Seems to be made well and looks great. The protection is light on the back but the elbows and shoulders seem as good as my other jackets.

Great value; wish the fit were a little better
I'm a new rider, and not really sure what to expect from the gear, but I'm pleased with this purchase. The material is relatively cool when riding (which is big for me living in Southern California). I haven't (and hopefully never will) crash tested it, but the built-in padding and overall quality seem like they would provide a surprising amount of protection for the jacket's weight and breathability. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the fit. I wear a large in just about everything, but decided to order an XL after reading some of the other reviews. It's a little roomy in the shoulders and arms, but the large would've been too short. To summarize, if you've got broad shoulders, thick arms, a small waist, and short torso, this jacket will fit you perfectly. Otherwise, the straps do a decent job of making the jacket fit well enough. Good buy for the money!

Nice jacket cut for larger frame
Seemed decent quality but didn’t fit. I’m 5’8 190 36” waste. I bought a large and it was super big everywhere. The gut section is quite plentiful and would easily accommodate a more robust physique than mine. I returned it and received a prompt refund. I would have ordered a different size but don’t think it’s cut right for my frame.
