I really wanted these to work out. Their sound quality was good, their design was good, their battery life seemed fine.But they were just unreliable. They cut out when my phone was in my pocket but I turned my head. My other Bluetooth earbuds don't have this problem.Also, I'm pretty sure they're not actually Bluetooth 5.0. My computer reported that they were 2.1.

What a disappointment, they looked great, the LED case and battery option are phenomenal the audio quality is superb but there’s a HUGE problem, they stutter, I’ve tried to solve the problem as much as I could and apparently there’s a design flaw that doesn’t allow the signal when the earbud is inside your ear, maybe the receiving antenas are not powerful enough creating a constant stutter of both earbuds, specially the left one and it also affects the right one.

They have good sound. Easy to use. A little uncomfortable for my ear, I gave them to my husband and he is comfortable with them.

The biggest issue with these I they will not stay down to charge so they never fully charge

These are not noise cancelation headphones. I like the case and how they auto. connect to my phone, but they feel uncomfortable and always fall out of my ears. They have to stay plugged in to charge too, whereas in the past I’ve used BT earbuds where the case doubles as a charger. Sadly I’m returning them.

Lovely design! Easy to carry. Nicely fit on ears. I though this might fall on ground while jogging. But it proved me wrong! I ran on the treadmill but still it was there in my ears. Battery life is good. Sound quality is clear so far. Charged very quickly.

These are JUNK. Only one side will play music, when they do connect, which is a fight to get it to. Can not get both sides to link to my phone LG G& ThinQ or my computer. DO NOT BUY.
