Water Timer, Intelligence Automatic Electronic Water Irrigation System Controller Timer for Garden Greenhouse Orchard Domestic Sector Drip House Style A

I originally ordered two of these timers a year ago from another seller. And last week, bought two more from the seller Migaven at a very good price. This type of timer is extremely common and easy to find on Amazon under different brands and colours. A slightly 'cheaper' variant has simple to use dials rather than a complex digital timer feature. But pay closer attention and you will see that they are all essentially the same.The two already deployed are used as an every day timers to avoid manually watering the garden. One controls two sprinklers and the other controls water flow to about 30 patio plants on small irrigation sprinklers and drip feeders. Water flow it totally dependent on your water pressure, and is limited in about the same manner as normal hose fittings.So far, the two I put outside last year have performed excellently, and ran on one set of AAA batteries each all year. I expect the same of these two new ones. Because of the little 'cooling hole', I keep them under cover from rain (a plant pot)It originally took me little time to get to know how to program them. The instructions provided then and now are clear and easy to follow if a bit small. Once i figured it out its never been a problem to go back an alter the timers without reference to the manual. Its not hard to do once you know what to expect (unlike a Hozelock timer I have). I recommend you try the 'dial' version if the digital timer complexity puts you off.The fittings provided are good for a tap, but if you want quick connect hose fittings on both ends, you will also need a 'Hose Pipe adaptor 3/4" BSP male screw fitting', which you can pick up for a few pounds.On the bad side, the reason I gave this product only a 4 star, is that it tries to make out there is an entire watering kit included. There is not - you only get the timer. This verges on false advertising as it is barely clear in the description that only the timer is included. However - you cant argue with the price, which was the cheapest on Amazon at time of writing at £10.99 each.Overall, I'd recommend that you save your money on 'name brand' timers, and buy these

I purchased the timer to run an irrigation system in my greenhouse. The flow rate of the product was laughable and there was no way to adjust it. I complained to the supplier and was given a 20% discount as it would have been too expensive to return to China. This a second time that this has occured on a product from China. It seems they supply substandard goods and then give a miniscule discount so they end up with most of your money for junk.

After 2 weeks of use the battery tray was full of water and the soldered connections had come adrift. It was cheap, I should have known it wasn't going to last very long, but 2 weeks! Do not buy.

Nightmare to program then didnt work. So mad I binned it!
