I have DDD, and my bones ache quite frequently, although I am not crazy a out the oily factor, it works. All of the liquid magnesium products I have tried are the same consistency, BUT this works and fast. The occasional upset tummy, this immediately works! This works better and faster than anything I have tried, over the counter or prescription. I have not tried this on my face, so no comment there. For the price you can’t beat it with a stick

I really appreciate that this is made with natural ingredients!! The jar is small, but a little goes a long way. Great for knee pain or leg cramps. It is a little oily, but most magnesium creams and lotions are. We have tried a few different ones, as our son is an athlete and uses magnesium regularly. This one does the job.

Helps with aches and pains, and as a natural sleep aid when I apply it to the bottom of my feet. But — would it hurt to have added a scent to help with the unpleasant stench of the lotion? A little lavender would have gone a long way.

I use for me and my husband then I like it and it does work !!

This product smells so bad! I’ve only used once because it stinks and does not feel very forgiving.

I really liked this magnesium lotion. I use it mostly on my legs and shoulders. It helps to ease the pain and uncomfort.

We got this for my son and his wife to smooth onto our infant granddaughter's tummy after her bath at night. Her doctor had recommended a magnesium cream on her tummy every night to help her settle into bedtime. She has had some constipation issues that have affected her sleep and the dr. felt it might help her.So, she's been having this as part of her bed routine at night and it seems to be helping.We are making that assumption because nothing else has changed, other than the addition of this to her routine. And since then, she has slept better. Her BMs are a bit softer as well.It absorbs pretty quickly and leaves no residue.Her mommy tried it herself prior to her last period and said she felt like it was soothing her muscles there. She also admitted that the rubbing might have helped as well as the lavendar scent. But, still ... it helped a bit.She also said that it has made her and my son's hands really soft since using it nightly on the baby, lol.
