We have ran this product for ten months. My only complaint is if you leave it off for more than two days it starts to grow stuff. But I assume this happens with all humidifiers and standing water in general. I was reading the reviews to see if anyone else said anything about this and I was amazed to find only a 3.3 rating. This product is silent, lasts two days with the water tank and only takes up a little space. I have not diffused essential oils in this alleged tray, but I will try soon. We are having our second child and I am reordering this humidifier.

I purchased this item and it worked well for about two weeks. I only used it four or five times. I then didn't use it for a month. The next time I used it, it would not work. From what I can tell, the mist intensity knob stopped working and stayed on the lowest setting. Mist barely came out of the unit. It is on, but does nothing. I cleaned it as instructed. Still nothing. It has a 6 month guarantee so I contacted the company. They told me to clean it. I did that. I have contacted them three times. No response. They aren't standing behind their product. My unit is defective and they won't fix it. My window to return is closed. I have a useless humidifier. I wasted money on this device and I'm not happy that they won't correct it. I will buy NOTHING from VillSure and make sure everyone knows it.

So I absolutely loved this humidifier and it worked really well, but it suddenly stopped working and now only has a flashing light that goes out. I’ve cleaned it out, changed the water, changed the plug, and I’m sad because it was a great machine. I only had it for a few days too which is the real bummer. After reaching out to customer service they solved the issue and are shipping me a replacement device, so i would recommend this humidifier

I found this product to be just what I needed and wanted. It is easy to use, easy to clean, easy to carry from one room to another. I needed more humidity when we were using our AC so I just take this humidifier with me to whichever room I am going to be using. It is super quiet and I have used it in my bedroom right beside the bed before with no problem. Glad I bought it and highly recommend it.

This unit had mostly great reviews, so gave it a try as it's one of the few humidifiers that allow for essential oil. Received beginning of July and worked beautifully for about two and a half months. Granted the essential oil tray is a pain to access and the fill hole is very tiny.Don't normally buy an additional warranty but thankfully did this time. It would just stop working minutes after filling and repeatedly lifting and resetting the tank would only give a few more minutes before shutting off again and again. Ran only purified water in it and regularly rinsed the water in the base since essential oil residue would float in the water.The warrant company was a dream to work with. Refunded cost in a gift card and don't have to send the unit back. Highly recommend the warranty if you give this Villsure unit a try. So sorry it didn't work for us.

It does not throw mist any longer, it was used almost every night , but two major problems 1. is that it does not work any longer, It stoped working last night, the light is green and it wants to push the mist out but it does not it just bubbles. 2. When it did work the mist always went up and towards the back, it never went forward. To bad.

It’s so easy to use, fill it and turn on last all day, set to medium last couple days, really great for the house, you will notice right away, great gift also, everybody should have one , you can’t here it work but you can sure see it, cool…

Just got the humidifierThe first thing that jumps out at me is Where is the essential oil tray?Second: In a photo on the Amazon page, it shows a 2 year, warranty. Yet the packaging info. states 6 months.I bought an extended warranty because I bought another one different brand but is almost in identical appearance that lasted 2 months before it self destructed. The unit is all plastic and the Ultrasonic assembly ultimately breaks due to the hi-speed vibration. I wonder how many times I'm going to have to replace it before the warranty runs out.If I am proven wrong and the unit lasts at least 2 years as advertised then I'll revise this rating.Well, never heard anything from the manf. or seller. Found a slide tray under the unit that has a filter and what appears to be a fragrance oil tray. Here's the problem, placed some oil in the tray and it melted the plastic. I tried to clean off the gooey mess and now I can't get the tray out.This definitely an issue.
