Super stylish. Someone mentioned Apple quality and I agree. See you tube. There are a few videos. The smart function keeps the water hot by boiling up again once cooled to a certain temperature. I had no problem with the app other than it is a faff to set up. Inside is smooth brushed stainless steel. Only one tiny temperature sensor in the bottom. The outside is matt and really easy to keep pristine clean. No more or less noisy or fast than any other kettle in its class. We just blew our old one up turning it on when empty but it was the old model without the auto cut out. I’m struggling to find an alternative. I really don’t like knobs, lights, grey, black, stainless, plastic filters, wavy shapes, windows that go cloudy with limescale you can never get rid of. There is a model without the smart function but it doesn’t have the chrome ribbon around the top. For me, it’s just got the edge on the style. I might end up ordering another one but hubby doesn’t like the fact that it’s easy to turn on by accident when you put it down on the base. It bleeps when you put it on but his hearing is poor. It also bleeps when it’s boiled but discreetly as with everything else on this kettle. If it was just for me, I wouldn’t hesitate.

Beautiful kettle and love the cool touch. But I still haven’t figured out how to switch it on after I’ve chosen the temperature :(

Kettle is brilliant, just doesn’t do what I need, I wanted a voice activated kettle and this one is not. It’s a brilliant kettle, but don’t order it if you’re looking for something voice activated because you have to pay the postage of you return it, and most of it won’t be refunded.
